How do I log into my online portal?
The login button is located in the upper right-hand corner of the Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery website. Use your email address on file and your password. If you forgot your username or password, click here. If you are a new customer to Vina Robles, you can sign up for an account by clicking here.
Where can I purchase Vina Robles wine?
Vina Robles wines can be purchased online through our website, at our Hospitality Center and are available at a growing number of locations both nationally and internationally. Utilize our store locator to find businesses near you that carry our wine.
Will Vina Robles ship wine?
Yes, we ship direct to consumers to about 30 states.

Is it safe to ship wine during the summer?
We do not recommend shipping wine outside of California during the summer months due to extreme heat conditions. If you do so, the shipping date will be based on weather forecasts and at your own risk.
Will Vina Robles accept returns or exchanges?
We will gladly replace any bottle of wine purchased from Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer contact us immediately and return the unfinished portion of the original bottle. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of a corked or otherwise flawed product.
Will Vina Robles offer charitable donations?
Vina Robles is a proud and active supporter of programs serving our local community by offering in-kind donations. To apply for a donation, please submit your request via e-mail to email@example.com at least six weeks prior to the date of your event. You will receive a notification once a decision has been made regarding your donation request.

When are you open?
Our Tasting Room is open daily* at 10:00 a.m. Closing hours vary depending on season. During winter we close at 5:00 p.m. (Nov 1 - Apr 30). During summer we close at 6:00 p.m. (May 1 – Oct 31). All wine service ceases 15 minutes prior to closing.

What types of tastings do you offer and how much are they?
We offer a variety of tasting options depending on which experience you are looking for. Our standard wine flights range from $7 to $10. Our wine and food pairings* range from $20 to $40.

Do you serve food?

Do I need to make reservations for tastings or lunch?
Reservations are encouraged for Wine & Food Experiences and Lunch. Groups of 10 or more are required to have a reservation for all of our Tasting & Food Offerings.
Can I bring my own picnic?
You are welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it on our outdoor Jardine Court. However, we do offer lighter fare Tapas Selections as well as a full Lunch Menu prepared by our Chef Michael Learned. Click here for more information.
What is your group policy?
Reservations are required for parties of 10 or more. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 805-227-4812 at least 24 hours in advance to request a reservation. Please visit our Groups and Private Tasting page for details.
Is your winery dog friendly?
Licensed service animals are welcome. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome outdoors at management discretion.
Does Vina Robles offer on-site accommodations?
We do not offer on-site accommodations. However, our recently renovated, charming Vina Robles Guesthouse situated on our Pleasant Valley Vineyard, located only a few miles from Highways 46 East and 101 as well as downtown Paso Robles is available for rent year-round!

What are the benefits of joining the Vina Robles Signature Wine Club?
Signature Club members enjoy priority access to our limited-edition wines, complimentary tastings at our Hospitality Center, invitations to Signature Club events, as well as discounts on hotel stays, transportation, golf, and entertainment. Please review our club benefits and discounts.
How do I receive wine club discounts?
Club members must be an active member and in good standing in order to receive Wine Club discounts. To apply discounts online, please log in through your Member Login portal.
When and how do I receive notifications regarding club shipments?
We notify our Signature Wine Club members via email one month prior to being charged for club shipments. We ship allocations once billing is complete, which is approximately two weeks after being charged for the shipment.

Do Wine Club events have a cancellation policy?
In an effort to include as many Wine Club members as possible at Vina Robles Wine Club events, we kindly ask that you notify our Concierge at 805-227-4812, option 1 or firstname.lastname@example.org twenty-four (24) hours in advance if you are unable to attend so that we may open up the spot for additional members. If you have a reservation and do not show up, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee per guest will be charged to the card on file.
Can I give a Signature Wine Club membership as a gift?
Vina Robles wines make a great gift! Choose between a fixed-length membership or an ongoing gift. Gifted memberships will include a personalized gift note upon activation. Sign up here.
Can I cancel my Club Membership?
You may request to cancel your membership any time after receiving the third shipment. Changes and cancellations to your membership record must be made in writing by e-mail to email@example.com, U.S. mail to P.O. Box 699, Paso Robles, CA 93447 or fax to 805-227-4816 at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
How should I store my wine?
The ideal temperature for cellaring wines is 55 to 60 degrees. We also recommend that wine is stored on its side and away from light, and that temperature fluctuations are held to a minimum.
How long should I age my Vina Robles wines?
We encourage you to download our Vintage Chart to use as a guideline for aging and cellaring your wines.
Are Vina Robles wines vegan?
In some of our white wines, we use small amounts of protein finings, such as Isinglass – a protein from fish. Therefore, the white wines would not qualify as vegan. We have not used any protein finings on our red wines since the 2009 vintage. However, since the grapes for our RED4 are machine harvested, it would not qualify as a strict vegan wine.
What type of vineyard practices does Vina Robles use?
Since 2012, all estate vineyards are Sustainability In Practice (SIP) certified, which is a rigorous vineyard certification with strict, non-negotiable requirements. Some of our sustainable viticultural methods include cover crops for erosion control, owl boxes for rodent control, native oak tree retention for ecosystem balance, planting to drought resistant rootstock, and advanced irrigation systems for water conservation.
Do Wine Club members receive Amphitheatre benefits?
Vina Robles Signature Club members receive priority access to purchase tickets for a majority of the concerts (online offer only, information sent via email). They also have the opportunity to join our Terrace Club Pre-Show Experience (online reservations required).

Tickets are available for purchase through the Vina Robles Box Office, online at www.vinaroblesamphitheatre.com, or through any Ticketmaster retail outlet.
