OUR WINES
Our aim is to “grow” wine in the vineyards by producing fruit of the highest possible quality, thereby enhancing nature’s work in the cellar. Every effort is made to increase flavor and quality of the fruit through constant monitoring, prudent viticultural management and experimentation in the field.

The wines reflect the terroir that is Paso Robles, the warm climate delivering rich, sweet fruit with ripe rounded tannins. Vina Robles wines are modern, emphasizing fruit intensity, balance and accessibility. Lush and seductive upon release, they will hold well for a number of years and will continue to develop complexity with cellaring.

There are two quality levels in the Vina Robles portfolio. The Estate label represents a blending of fruit from the five vineyards, chosen for their harmonious and complimentary flavors. The Cuvée Collection encompasses a limited-edition of red variety blends that represent the crown of the Vina Robles portfolio, reflecting our belief that the finest quality is achieved through a harmonious union of distinctive grapes. This belief is rooted in our European winemaking heritage, as well as our freedom in California to take more creative paths in the pursuit of synergy and complexity. Each of our Cuvée Collection wines ultimately expresses the special character of some of the finest vineyards in Paso Robles, as interpreted by Winemaker Matthias Gubler’s art of blending. Only the most expressive and extraordinary lots are selected for the Cuvée Collection, and each is barrel aged for a minimum of 18 months prior to bottling.
