We are excited to expand our regular tasting offerings to include a new Wine & Food Pairing Experience as well as a selection of tapas plates.
The Vina Robles Wine & Food Pairing Experience showcases a flight of five of our limited-proudction and special release wines, each paired with a small, delectable bite (view the fall/winter pairing menu). The tastings are guided by one of our knowledgeable Hospitality Center Hosts who will help you explore the various aromas and how certain flavors can complement each other to highlight the wines.
The tapas menu incorporates a selection of small plates that are made to complement our estate wines.
To celebrate our Swiss heritage, you will find various European-inspired items incorporated into both the Wine & Food Pairing Exeprience as well as our tapas menu, such as Raclette.
The Wine & Food Pairing Experience as well as the tapas menu are offered daily (not available during the last hour of business as we would like for you to have plenty of time to enjoy) and will change on a seasonal basis.
In celebration of Harvest Wine Weekend, we are releasing a new vintage of our Cabernet Sauvignon – Estate. Enjoy with flank steak, braised beef, hearty dishes, or pasta with mushrooms- now available for purchase here.

2011 Suendero Glass-staining ruby. Sexy, expansive aromas of ripe black and blue fruits, vanilla and candied flowers, with suggestions of mocha and woodsmoke in the background. Palate-caressing blueberry and cassis flavors show a supple texture and slow-building spiciness. Open-knit and extremely easy to drink now, but finishes with strong thrust and velvety shaping tannins. —Josh Raynolds

2012 Petite Sirah – Estate Dark purple. Deeply pitched black and blue fruit aromas are complicated by suggestions of vanilla and cola. Fleshy cassis and blueberry flavors gain sweetness and spiciness with air, picking up licorice and smoke nuances. Finishes on a note of blackberry compote, with supple, harmonious tannins that come in late. —Josh Raynolds

2012 Petit Verdot – Huerhuero Dark purple. Intense smoke- and spice-accented aromas of black and blue fruit flavors pick up a suave floral nuance with air. This suave wine finishes with excellent clarity and slow-building tannins. —Josh Raynolds
