Penman Springs Vineyard is located across the creek east of our estate Huerhuero Vineyard in Paso Robles. The grapes for this vintage were hand picked and sorted for quality in the vineyard. Further sorting occurred at the winery before de-stemming and gently crushing the fruit prior to fermentation. The fruit was fermented in half ton bins, punching down the cap twice a day to gently subtract tannins. The wine was pressed off the skins once fermentation slowed and then transferred to French oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation. The Petite Sirah from Penman Springs offers dark color, fresh berry aromas and spicy characteristics. This limited release is only available to our Signature Club members and at the tasting room.

Enjoy now through 2020.
